Rental Fee only includes room and not food sales. Tax plus 22% Gratuity and service charge (covers gratuity for staff, plates/napkins/silverware, and setup/cleaning).

MAIN BAR SECTION
- Section includes a large TV wall, additional TV's, a state-of-the-art audio system, tables and ample seating
- The space also includes a private bar area and a private restroom
- $600 for 3 hour minimum, $200 each additional hour

LOUNGE AREA
- Area includes large TVs, pool tables, tables, and ample seating
- Located conveniently next to the sports bar area, great for viewing of TV wall or stage.
- $100 an hour with 3 hour minimum, $100 each additional hour

PATIO/KIDS SECTION
- Area includes tables and ample seating
- Large Outdoor TV
- $1,500 Food & Beverage Minimum
- $100 hr with a three-hour minimum.
- This area contains tables, ample seating, and kids' playground.
